Earn your bachelor's in business management in as few as three years while you work full time, earning up to 25% of your credits through your current job. This is not a traditional business degree.
Professional Skills Seminars turn coaching, mentorship, and on-the-job reflection into academic credit and a professional portfolio you build as you go.
Choose Business Management or the Accelerated track based on your transfer credit, and add a concentration in Organizational Leadership and Development or Human Resource Management.
Where Will Your Degree Take You?
The B.S. in Business Management prepares working adults to move into supervisory and management roles across corporate, healthcare, nonprofit, HR, and operations settings. Because the Work Integrated Pathway applies every course to your current job, you build management experience while you earn the degree.
Management occupations are projected to add hundreds of thousands of jobs over the next decade (BLS.gov). Graduates step into roles like team lead, operations manager, project manager, HR manager, and organizational development specialist.
