Hospitality Management graduates lead hotels, restaurants, events, and tourism organizations, as hotel managers, restaurant managers, food and beverage directors, directors of events, and tourism directors. Alumni include a hotel manager at the Langham Chicago and the founder of a major events company.
Lodging managers earn a median salary of $68,130, and food service managers, another common path, earn $65,310 with 6 percent growth and about 42,000 openings a year (BLS, May 2024). Ninety-two percent of Kendall graduates are employed after graduation.
